  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

We only offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged During Transit: If your package is damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Spoiled Items: If the item you receive is spoiled or not in the condition it should be, you may request a refund or exchange.

To process a refund or exchange, we require the following:

  • Box Opening Video: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening the package. This video serves as crucial evidence in case the item is damaged or spoiled upon arrival. The video should clearly show the package being opened, the condition of the item inside, and any issues present.
  1. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at spiritoftheearth2017@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, with the subject line “Refund/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number].”
  2. Provide Evidence: Attach the box opening video and any relevant photos that clearly show the damage or spoilage.
  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence. Based on our evaluation, we will decide whether a refund or exchange is warranted.
  4. Decision: If approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent or process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • No Video, No Refund/Exchange: If you do not provide a box opening video, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange request.
  • Final Decision: All refund and exchange decisions are made at the sole discretion of Spirit of the Earth based on the evidence provided.
