Returns, Exchanges & Claims Policy
- We take great care in packing our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.- We request customers to record a clear unboxing video from start to finish at the time of opening the package. This helps us maintain authenticity and address any concerns fairly.
Claims & Support
- Any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be supported with the unboxing video and shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened, unless there is a genuine issue confirmed by us.Additional Notes
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or aroma are natural in organic and farm-produced foods and are not considered defects.- Our decision on claims will be final, with fairness to both our customers and farmers at heart.
