Thooyamalli Stuffed Masala Idli

Ingredients

  • Thooyamalli Idli Dosa Batter - Click to buy
  • Peas & Potato Masala Stuffing

Method:

  1. Grease the idli plates with oil. Fill your idli steamer with water and place it on the stove. Switch on the stove and let it heat up.
  2. Pour half a ladle of Thooyamalli Idli Dosa Batter into each impression.
  3. Add a spoon of the masala stuffing in the center of the batter.
  4. Pour another half ladle of the Thooyamalli Idli Dosa Batter over the stuffing.
  5. Stack up the idli plates and place them in the steamer. Steam the idlis for 15 minutes. Switch off the flame and let it rest for five minutes before serving.
