Thooyamalli Stuffed Masala Idli
Ingredients
- Thooyamalli Idli Dosa Batter
- Masala Stuffing
Method:
- Grease the idli plates with oil. Fill your idli steamer with water and place on stove. Switch on the stove and let it heat up.
- Pour half a ladle of Thooyamalli Idli Dosa Batter in each impression.
- Add a spoon on the masala stuffing in the centre of the batter.
- Pour another half ladle of the Thooyamallai Idli Dosa Batter over the stuffing.
- Stack up the idli plates and place in the steamer. Steam the idlis for 15 minutes. Switch off the flame and let it rest for five minutes before serving.
