Thooyamalli Stuffed Masala Idli

Ingredients

  • Thooyamalli Idli Dosa Batter
  • Masala Stuffing

Method:

  1. Grease the idli plates with oil. Fill your idli steamer with water and place on stove. Switch on the stove and let it heat up.
  2. Pour half a ladle of Thooyamalli Idli Dosa Batter in each impression.
  3. Add a spoon on the masala stuffing in the centre of the batter.
  4. Pour another half ladle of the Thooyamallai Idli Dosa Batter over the stuffing.
  5. Stack up the idli plates and place in the steamer. Steam the idlis for 15 minutes. Switch off the flame and let it rest for five minutes before serving.
